Dulles Farms ‘Drive 25’ Campaign

Thank you, Dulles Farms Residents!

The county has confirmed that BOTH Westridge & Stratshire as well as Virginia Manor & White Oak Crest have voted to APPROVE their plans.

Thank you for your involvement in this important decision!

We appreciate everyone’s patience as we continue to move through this complex process! We will present more information about next steps and the timeline moving forward toward installation at the annual HOA meeting on November 12th at 7pm. In the meantime, please model safe driving and continue to be cognizant of your own speed.

2020 Annual Meeting Online Voting begins October 19th

This year the option to vote electronically is available using VOTE HOA Now. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation on Monday, October 19th to vote from the community voting site. Please be sure to add “dullesfarms@ivotehoa.com” to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote.

You will also be receiving a mailing in the coming week with more info about the Annual Meeting scheduled for November 12th at 7 PM via Webex and how to vote via paper proxy if preferred.

Voting online is easy and quick! You will have three steps!
1. Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site
2. Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password
3. Make your choices on the ballot and submit

When your vote is complete, you will receive both an onscreen confirmation and an email that the vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes – less time than it did to read these instructions!

Meet the Candidates

The Dulles Farms Elections Committee invites you to meet the candidates for the upcoming HOA Board elections! On Mon., Oct. 26 from 7-8 PM, we will hold our virtual meet the candidate event. You will have the opportunity to see and hear from June Roman and Tom Ward, the Board candidates. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to ask questions about their positions on issues important to the Dulles Farms community.

If you would like to submit questions in advance, please email manager@dullesfarms.com before Friday, October 23 at noon. Can’t attend? That’s OK. Our session will be recorded and posted to the Dulles Farms website. Click on the buttons below for instructions on how to join this Webex meeting and to view Candidate Statements.

IMPORTANT REMINDER PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!

It is important to remember to immediately clean up after your pet. Take along a baggie with you to pick up waste with and then dispose of it properly. Please either use one of the Pet Waste Stations or if you cannot do so, please be sure to dispose in your trash receptacle at home. Do not use Tot Lot waste receptacles as these are located where children are at play.

Please also be courteous to your fellow neighbors and do not allow your pet to defecate on homeowners property.

By taking a few simple steps to clean up after your pet, you can contribute not only to the beautification of our community, but also towards the elimination of one of the most irritating nuisances in our community.

Thank you for your cooperation!
