As we are preparing for this year’s Annual Meeting and Election, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with the CANDIDATE NOMINATION PETITION! The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to vote to elect three board members as the terms currently held by June Roman, Tom Ward and William (Bill) Wheeler are expiring. Two seats up for election will serve for a term of 3 years. The third seat is a two year term. In accordance with Section 5.2(c) of the Dulles Farms Articles of Incorporation, the top two vote getters will serve the three year terms. In order to be included as a candidate for a position on the Board of Directors, this form will have to be completed and returned to the Management office located at 25185 Chafee Circle or via email at manager@dullesfarms.com no later than 5PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Being a member of an Association’s Board of Directors is a wonderful way to serve your community. If you are contemplating whether you are able to take on this role, we ask that you please refer to our article titled “What it Takes to be Successful on a Board of Directors”.

We look forward to receiving your Candidate Statement by October 8th and hope to see you at this year’s annual meeting on Thursday, November 12th at 6:30 pm. via Microsoft Teams and the online Election will be facilitated using the online voting platform VoteHOANow.
