Communities with Dulles Farms
In Dulles Farms, there are several condominiums that are part of our larger community. The condominiums are part of the Dulles Farms Master Association which allows access to community amenities, but day to day items related to the Condos are managed by separate management companies and governed by independent Board of Directors. Virginia Manor Condominiums
Virginia Manor Condominium community consists of 212 units with its own board of directors and management company. Each condominium resident maintains membership in both the Dulles Farms master association and the Virginia Manor Condominium community association. Westridge Condominiums
Westridge condominium community consists of 88 units with its own board of directors and management company. Each condominium resident maintains membership in both the Dulles Farms master association and the Westridge Condominium community association.
