STRATSHIRE CROSSING
A sub-community of Dulles Farms that was developed by Winchester Homes, includes a mix of 192 homes – composed of single family and townhome styles. Stratshire Crossing hosts offers several community amenities including: a dog park, two gazebos, two tot lots and the largest open green space within Dulles Farms for picnics and outdoor activities.
VIRGINIA MANOR
The largest sub-community of Dulles Farms that was developed by NV/Ryan Homes and D.R. Horton. The housing stock of 1112 homes includes a mix of single-family, townhome and condominium units. This community offers views of the Bull Run Mountains, 14 parks connected by numerous walking trails, four tot lots, one of Dulles Farm’s community clubhouses and the largest community pool.
WESTRIDGE
A sub-community of Dulles Farms that was developed by NV/Ryan homes. The housing stock of 455 homes includes a mix of single-family, townhome and condominium units.
